Born and raised in a small town in rural Kansas, my roots are grounded in simplicity, hard work, and community values. From a young age, I was drawn to construction, always eager to build and create. This passion led me to the University of Kansas, where I earned my degree in Architectural Engineering. Even during my college days, I was hands-on, working in construction and nurturing my innate desire to construct and innovate.

After graduating, I spent five transformative years on project sites across the nation before transitioning to the office, embracing roles as a Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager. My career has been marked by a dedication to efficiency and innovation. I've championed the development of internal tools and workflow systems, enhancing field operations, refining our partner prequalification processes, and leveraging data for astute financial forecasting. This proactive approach ensures our teams make informed decisions at every project phase.

Now, I reside in the vibrant Kansas City area with my wonderful wife, Kelly, and our spirited daughter, Hayden. Launching Streamline Construction Solutions was both a professional milestone and a personal commitment. Beyond just industry innovation, it's about setting a tangible example for Hayden and the next generation, showing that with clear goals and dedication, success is within reach.

Outside of work, you might find me slicing a golf ball into the trees, casting a fishing line, or whipping up something on my Blackstone. But nothing beats the simple joys – like watching Hayden grow, laugh, and discover her own passions. After all, family is at the heart of everything I do.
